Clients are expected to:

• Provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays or termination.

• All invoices are due within the payment window specified in your service agreement (typically 7–14 days).
• Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
• ZS Creatives reserves the right to pause work or withhold deliverables until outstanding balances are paid.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Clients own the final deliverables upon full payment.
• ZS Creatives retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a separate NDA is signed.

Project agreements typically include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve deliverables before launch or publication.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases:

• The client will be invoiced for work completed to date.
• Any unused prepaid time is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

ZS Creatives reserves the right to terminate any project in the case of abuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.

ZS Creatives provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for third-party platform issues, hosting failures, or external service outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZS Creatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
